NORTHBOROUGH — Sitting in eighth place halfway by the South ladies gymnastics sectional on Saturday at Algonquin Regional, Mansfield coach Lauren Dunn wasn’t fearful. And for good cause.
The Hornets completed in a blaze of glory as they got here again to take the title within the remaining rotation due to spectacular vaulting.
Their 142.550 rating was simply over a tenth of some extent higher than Medway in a contest that was topsy-turvy from the outset.
“All five of our vaulters hit and that was great,” Dunn stated. “We’ve been consistent all year.”
