IPL 2022 will start on 26 March (Indian Premier League Schedule). Its official announcement has been made by BCCI. The 10 teams of IPL 2022 are divided into 2 groups. There are 5 teams in the first group (Group A Teams) and 5 teams in the second group (Group B Teams). In this new season, the two new teams connected have been kept in different groups.
IPL 2022 will be held in the same state due to Corona
The BCCI has organized this season in a single bio-bubble to help teams avoid air travel during the tournament. IPL 2022 will start on 26 March, and a total of 70 league matches will be played in it. All these matches will be held in 4 stadiums in Mumbai and Pune. Venue for the playoff matches will be announced later.

which team will play against
Each team will play 2-2 matches against the teams of their group. Whereas the other group will play 2 matches with the team of equal position, and will play 1-1 match against the other teams. That is, all the teams will play 14-14 matches in the group stage.
For example, if the team of Chennai Super Kings (Chennai Super Kings CSK) is included in Group B, and it is at number 1, then its team on the second group of equal position is Mumbai Indians (MI) because It is the number 1 team of Group A. Meaning, ‘Chennai Super Kings’ (CSK) will have to play 2 matches against ‘Mumbai Indians’, while CSK will play 1-1 match against the other 4 teams of Group A.
