Orlando Magic president of basketball operations Jeff Weltman introduced a number of additions and promotions throughout the group’s basketball operations Tuesday.
Pete D’Alessandro, who joined the Magic in 2017 and was beforehand an assistant normal supervisor, has been promoted to affiliate normal supervisor.
David Bencs, previously the director of basketball analytics, is now an assistant normal supervisor.
Adetunji Adedipe, who was the final supervisor of the Lakeland Magic (Orlando’s G League affiliate), has been promoted to the Magic’s vp of participant personnel.
Kevin Tiller, beforehand the scouting coordinator, changed Adedipe because the Lakeland Magic’s normal supervisor.
Stephen Mervis, who was the director of basketball technique, has been elevated to vp of basketball technique and analysis, whereas Larry Thompson is now the vp of safety after beforehand being the director of group safety.

The additions to the Magic’s basketball operations employees are: Ameer Bahhur (head video coordinator); Michael Belay (graduate assistant/scouting); Calin Butterfield (power & conditioning coach); Ben Kimsey (graduate assistant/analytics); Davonte Fitzgerald (video assistant); Michael Franco (psychological efficiency coach); Corey Hawkins (video assistant); Blake Huggins (video assistant); Xadiel Jusino (constructing upkeep technician); Tony Marlow (safety assistant); Aubrey McCreary (ability improvement coach); Sean O’Brien (video assistant); Todor Pandov (head power & conditioning coach); Kristen Perfetto (government assistant to president and head coach); Jaclyn Sklaver (head of efficiency vitamin); Khaila Webb (graduate assistant/technique); Daniel Yu (utilized sports activities scientist/assistant power & conditioning coach).
