new Delhi: Indian women’s team bowler Jhulan Goswami has achieved a big record against West Indies. She has done this feat in the 10th match of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2022. With the wicket of Anisa Mohammed, Jhulan has made the record of taking the most wickets in the Women’s World Cup.
It is to be known that in the ICC Women’s World Cup, Jhulan Goswami has taken 40th wicket in the form of Anissa Mohammad. With this feat, Goswami has overtaken former Australian player Lynn Fulston. This Australian player has taken a total of 39 wickets in the World Cup between 1982 and 1988.

It may be noted that centuries from Indian team opener Smriti Mandhana and vice-captain Harmanpreet Kaur helped the team score 317 for eight against West Indies in the ICC Women’s One Day World Cup, their highest score in the history of the tournament. Mandhana scored her fifth ODI century, scoring 119 runs in 123 balls with the help of 13 fours and two sixes. While Harmanpreet scored 109 runs in 107 balls with the help of 10 fours and two sixes. This is his fourth century.
