Vinay Kumar
The history of international cricket tells that, in the year 1844, the first international cricket match was held between USA and Canada. After that, for the first time in 1877, the official Test match was played against England. After more than 150 years of international cricket history, there are currently three official formats of international cricket – T20, ODI and Test). Some such records have also been made in these three formats, which are still standing and breaking them is not easy.
There are two Indian players in this list. Players from Australia and West Indies are also included in this list. Sachin Tendulkar and Chris Gayle have 2-2 such records, which are unbreakable. Don’t think it will be easy to break these records in future.
Sachin Tendulkar
Sachin Tendulkar holds the record of 100 international centuries. Apart from this, he has the highest number of 34357 runs in international cricket. It is worth noting that there is no player even close to his score. Sri Lanka’s Kumar Sangakkara (Retd.) has 28016 runs in the second place. After this, among the batsmen who are currently playing international cricket, Virat Kohli is at 7th, Joe Root 26th, Rohit Sharma 31st, David Warner 32nd. In view of which it can be said quite clearly that breaking this record of Tendulkar will not be easy.
Rohit Sharma
Rohit Sharma has recently been appointed the captain of the Indian team for all three formats. He played an innings of 264 runs in the ODI against Sri Lanka in 2014-15. This is the highest score of an innings in ODI history so far. So far this record has not been broken and breaking it is not easy either. Often teams can only make an average of 280 or 270 total scores.
Brian Lara
The great West Indian cricketer Brian Lara scored 400 runs in an innings of a Test match against England in 2004 and was not out. It has been 18 years since that record, but till date no batsman has been able to break his record. I don’t think it will be easy to break this record.
Chris Gayle
Another West Indies batsman Chris Gayle played an explosive innings of 175 runs in 66 balls against Pune Warriors in IPL 2013. This is the highest score ever in the history of T20 cricket (both international and franchise). Apart from this, 1000 sixes have also been hit in the name of Chris Gayle in T20. It is not easy for any player to go bad for this record.
Muttiah Muralitharan
Sri Lanka’s great spin bowler Muttiah Muralitharan has taken 800 wickets in International Test cricket and 534 wickets in One Day International cricket. Sachin Tendulkar is the master blaster in batting and Muttiah Muralitharan in bowling is the Alexander of the cricket world. Muttiah Muralitharan has a total of 1347 international wickets. After him, Australia’s great bowler Shane Warne has 1001 wickets, Anil Kumble 956 wickets, Glenn McGrath 949 wickets. All these cricketers have retired. James Anderson, who is ranked 5th, is still playing for the England team in Test cricket with 927 wickets.

Virat Kohli
Virat Kohli made his debut in international cricket in August 2008 while playing for the Indian team. He scored more than 20 thousand runs in international cricket between 2010 and 2020 and became one of the top batsmen in the world. A total of 23614 international runs have been deposited in his account so far. History tells that the record of scoring the most runs with the bat of any batsman in a decade is recorded in the name of Virat Kohli.
Don Bradman
Australia’s great batsman Sir Don Bradman played only 52 test matches, but he is shining like a pole star in the history of cricket. He scored 6996 runs in 80 innings in his international career. His bat got 29 centuries and scored more than 200 scores 12 times. His all-time average of Tests is 99.94, which is the best till date. He played the last Test match in August 1948. Even after 74 years no one has been able to break this record.
Jim Laker
England’s great spin bowler Jim Laker took 19 wickets in a Test match against Australia in 1956 (Australia vs England Test Match 1956). In the same match, he single-handedly piled up the entire team of Australia in an innings. He became the first batsman in the world of cricket to take 10 wickets in an innings of a Test match. After him, India’s legendary spinner Anil Kumble and recently New Zealand bowler Ajaz Patel also made this record. But, no one has been able to break Jim Laker’s record of taking 19 wickets in international Test matches even after 66 years.
