Talking about batting, Pooja said, “Last 10 overs are always important. So we worked on it in Bangalore. Our batting coach used to give us a target to score more than 60 runs at this stage. Indian wicket-keeper batsman Tania Bhatia said that he focused on ‘power hitting’.
“I have focused my ‘power hitting’ on what the team management wants from me. In domestic cricket too, I have improved as a captain, as a player. I am confident and I am ready to do well in the series. (agency)
