new Delhi: In the ICC Women’s World Cup 2022, England defeated South Africa (ENG beat SA by 137 Run) in the semi-finals to reach the final. England has done wonders in the second semi-final match played at Hagley Oval ground in Christchurch. England beat South Africa by 137 runs. With this, South Africa’s team once again missed out on making it to the finals.

After losing the toss, England team batted first. England’s innings was excellent, thanks to Daniel Waite’s brilliant 129 and Sofia Dunkley’s 60-run knock, the team scored a mountain-like score of 293 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs.
The South African team, which came on the field chasing the target, did not have a good start. South Africa lost the wickets of the top three batsmen for 44 runs. The first blow to the team fell for only 1 run. After that the wickets of South Africa kept falling at frequent intervals and the entire team was all out after scoring 156 runs.
