India have introduced their ODI squad for the three-match sequence vs South Africa beginning October 6.
The All-India Senior Selection Committe has named Shikhar Dhawan because the skipper of the facet whereas Shreyas Iyer named as his deputy.
Middle-order batter Rajat Patidar and pacer Mukesh Kumar have acquired maiden ODI call-ups. Interestingly, batter Shreyas Iyer, tempo all-rounder Deepak Chahar and leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi, who’re travelling reserves in India’s squad for the Men’s T20 World Cup to be held later in Australia, have been included within the ODI squad.
The crew has no participant from the T20I squad which is about to fly Australia for the T20 World Cup later this month.
The three T20Is shall be performed in October 6, 9 and 11 in Lucknow, Ranchi and New Delhi respectively.
