Sergio Santos at all times dreamed of enjoying within the main leagues.

“In the back of my mind, there was always a hope I could get back with the White Sox,” Santos stated.
The Sox introduced the addition of Santos on Friday, together with their whole 2024 participant growth workers and assignments. Janish, employed in November, is in his first 12 months overseeing the group’s minor-league operations and participant growth system.

“Being in that culture and being around those guys that kind of helped drive the passion of the game of baseball for me was something I admired for a very long time,” Day stated.
Day appeared in 169 minor-league video games principally as an outfielder after being chosen by the Texas Rangers within the twenty third spherical of the 2014 draft. He returned to the realm with the ACE program and is about to make his skilled teaching debut.
“It was very clear very quickly his passion for helping players,” Janish stated.
Day is most wanting ahead to “getting back to the grind” within the position with the Dash.
“Just getting back to that structure, that everyday grind, everyday process of helping guys and trying to figure out what makes them go,” Day stated.
“Being in the system now, it’s kind of surreal for me. I never thought I would be in this position, let alone in a jersey or uniform again. I’m just excited about the opportunity to be part of it.”
