The BCCI said in an official statement on Tuesday, “All India Senior Selection Committee has included Axar Patel in Team India for the second PAYTM Test against Sri Lanka to be played in Bengaluru from March 12 to 16. The all-rounder (Axar Patel all rounder) has completed his rehab and the BCCI medical team has given him permission. The match will start in Bengaluru from March 12. The first match of the series (SL vs IND 1st Test Match Mohali, 2022) was won by India by an innings and 222 runs.
