PowerGrid InvIT IPO: The IPO of Power Grid Infrastructure Investment Trust, owned by Power Grid Corporation of India, opens on April 29. The issue will open for investment on April 29 and will close on May 3, 2021. The company has fixed the price of the shares for its IPO 99-100. The size of the IPO is 7734 crores. The PowerGrid InvIT IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 4,993.48 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 2,741.51 crore to be placed by the unit holders.
