“All cyber attacks, threats, cyber incidents and breaches experienced by KRAs shall be reported to Sebi within six hours of noticing / detecting such incidents or being brought to notice about such incidents,” the regulator stated on Tuesday.
The quarterly studies containing data on cyber assaults, threats, cyber incidents and breaches skilled by the inventory brokers and depository contributors and measures taken to mitigate the vulnerabilities, together with data on bugs vulnerabilities, threats that could be helpful for others, should be submitted to Sebi inside 15 days from the top of each quarter.
