Nagpur. There is a dispute going on for many years regarding the property of Ajni’s famous Mohammad Samad alias Samad Pehelwan. After Samad’s death, many people claimed their lands. Samad’s nephew has accused 3 people, including his brother, of grabbing Samad’s property through forged documents. The police registered a case against the three under various sections. The accused include Khairunisa Sheikh Hakim, resident of Jaibhimnagar, Pradeep Mahadevrao Ukey, resident of Parvatinagar and Satish Mahadevrao Ukey.
The case was registered on the complaint of Mohammad Zafar Mohammad Qamar, resident of Jai Gurudevnagar, the nephew of Samad. According to Zafar, his grandfather Mohammad Isaac was the head mechanic in the railways. He had his first marriage with Fatima Bi. He has 6 sons and daughters with Fatima. After this he married Batulbi and they had only son Samad. Samad had a lot of land in Besa and Beltarodi campus. In August 2006, Samad was killed on Besa Road. Khairunisa and Uke brothers knew that Samad had huge land in Revatinagar of Besa.
Fake Nikahnama presented
Together, the three made claims on the land and dragged Samad’s family to the court. Despite being the real heirs of Samad, by preparing a compromise deed in the civil court, 4 different agreements of land were presented. Khairunisa prepared a false nikahnama after Samad’s death in which it was told that the two had married on 10 October 2004. The fake nikahnama was presented before the Hingna police and the court.
Upon investigation, it was found that the nikahnama was fake. The owner of the hall where the wedding took place told that the hall was empty that day. Khairunisa along with her brothers tried to usurp their property by making many fake documents. Despite being Samad’s heir, he was denied property. Ajni police started investigation by registering a case against the three under various sections.
