LucknowReiterating ‘Sabka saath sabka vikas, but appeasement no one’, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday said the upcoming election will be between 80 vs 20 per cent and the BJP will fight the assembly elections on the issue of nationalism, good governance and development.
“80 per cent supporters will be on one side, 20 per cent will be on the other side. I think 80 per cent will move forward with positive energy whereas 20 per cent have always opposed, will oppose even further but the power will come from BJP. BJP will then work to take forward the campaign of ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’.”
While answering a question in the program ‘Kitna Badla UP’ on the concluding occasion of the two-day Doordarshan Conclave on Saturday, he said, “When we came to the government in 2017, we had decided one thing that day that our The government will work by adopting Prime Minister Modi’s mantra of ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’. We have given the benefits of development schemes to everyone, we have done development to all, but have not appeased anyone.

He said, “If someone considers this as our weakness, then this weakness will always be with us, because nationalism is the culture of all of us. We will never be distracted by this issue of our nationalism. Second, how any anti-India element and anti-Hindu element will accept Modi ji and Yogi, he will never accept us. If I cut off my neck and present it in front of him in a saucer, he will still curse me. We don’t care about such elements.
He said, “We take the issue of nationalism, good governance and development in the elections. The rule of law is our priority, everyone’s safety, everyone’s safety, but no one’s appeasement. The government will guarantee security to all and I can say this with great pride that there were no riots in our government, no terrorist incidents took place in our government, all the festivals and festivals were conducted peacefully under our government.”
He said, “My commitment is to 25 crore people of the state, I have to establish rule of law for them without discrimination and we are moving towards those goals. I can say with confidence that only those who are victims of misunderstanding are trying to impose their figures in the state. But this election will be 80 vs 20, 80 per cent supporters will be on one side, 20 per cent will be on the other side.
Talking about the assembly elections, the Chief Minister said, “Things are not clear in the understanding of a student who does not work hard during the year, does not go to class.” He gets more nervous. But one who has done his classes regularly, who has progressed his work in a time bound manner and has tried to do well in each and every field, then he has the enthusiasm to go with his achievements. I feel that I am one of those students who have worked with full dedication to take the party’s vision of the party’s Lok Kalyan Sankalp Patra on the ground.
He said, “It will definitely create a ruckus for the opposition whether they will be able to sit in the opposition next time or not. For persons like me or the Bharatiya Janata Party, there will be no panic but a celebration and we will also enjoy the election by taking it as a festival.
The Chief Minister said, “Let a grand temple of Lord Ram be built in Ayodhya, we will build a grand memorial of all the people who have been martyred for the Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya.” Regarding the work done by the UP government during the Corona epidemic, Yogi Adityanath said, “The government has managed the two waves of this epidemic well.
The government has made elaborate and adequate arrangements to deal with its third wave. There is no need to panic but one needs to be alert. Everyone should get a dose of the vaccine. Despite the state having a population of 25 crores, only 22 thousand 900 deaths have occurred due to corona in the state.
Terming the opposition as issueless, the Chief Minister said, “Before 2017, there used to be riots in the state, professional rioters were honored by calling them at the Chief Minister’s residence. Police used to plead in front of the rioters. Today the professional rioter is hiding inside a bill or has gone on a journey to another world. Before 2017, terrorists used to explode wherever they wanted inside the state, after 2017 there was not a single blast, not a single riot, the difference is clear.
Yogi said, “Those who have burnt public property in the state have tried to destroy it, we have made a law and pasted posters of such people and also recovered from them.” He also gave detailed information about the development schemes being run by the government in Ayodhya, Kashi, Mathura.
