Yogi Adityanath Government 2.0: Yogi Adityanath will take oath as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh for the second time tomorrow in Lucknow. Preparations are going on in full swing for the swearing-in ceremony of the Yogi Adityanath government for the second term at the Ekana International Stadium in Lucknow from tomorrow morning. In view of the congestion in the city, the major traffic diversion will remain in effect from Friday morning till the end of the swearing-in.
Lucknow Police has issued a traffic advisory, under which a traffic diversion plan has been prepared for the convenience of the people. The new traffic diversion plan will be effective from 10 pm to 25 March. An official release issued by the Lucknow Traffic Police said that all vehicles except those attending the swearing-in will be diverted through other routes in the city.
Traffic from Ayodhya towards Barabanki will be diverted towards Chinhat circle. Apart from this, the traffic from Lucknow to Bareilly will divert towards Hazrat Ganj and people going towards Bareilly can exit from Jail Road. Traffic around the stadium will be strictly prohibited for public transport and civilian vehicles. The police have also made separate route diversions and parking spaces to avoid traffic jams.

Who will attend Yogi’s swearing-in ceremony?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, Bharatiya Janata Party national president JP Nadda are among the list of people invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Yogi Adityanath as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
According to news agency ANI, apart from Union ministers, the leadership of BJP and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, several other Union cabinet ministers and chief ministers of BJP-ruled states are also among the invitees. Several opposition leaders have also been invited to the function.
Beneficiaries of various central and state-run welfare schemes have also been invited in the swearing-in ceremony with special focus on women beneficiaries. Preparations have started for the grand ceremony at Lucknow’s Ekana Stadium.
In the UP assembly elections, BJP again came to power for the second time by winning 255 seats out of 403. The party emerged victorious by winning 41.29 per cent vote share. Yogi will be the first chief minister to return to power after completing his term in the last 37 years.
