Ambulance driver Mahesh Vishwanath Sarwade (44, resident of Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai), Sitabai Hari Chavan (54, resident of Taloja, Panvel) were among those killed in the accident. Along with them, Manohar Hari Chavan (25), Raja Hari Chavan (35), Shivaji Maruti Khadtare (30) were seriously injured. Gopal Bhimla Chavan (resident Taloja MIDC, Panvel) has lodged a complaint with Hinjewadi police station regarding this accident.
