WBZ-TV CBS Boston is the newest sufferer of blood-red paint vandalism amid the Israel-Hamas warfare, as taggers in a single day wrote “Free Palestine” on the Allston headquarters.
Boston Police are investigating after the information station was coated in crimson paint early Friday morning.
The blood-red paint was all around the CBS Boston firm signal on Soldiers Field Road, together with crimson paint overlaying the entrance wall of the WBZ headquarters.
The phrases “Free Palestine” had been painted in black on the property.
“The exterior of our building was vandalized shortly after midnight this morning,” WBZ President and General Manager Justin Draper stated in an announcement.
“Our employees are safe,” Draper added. “We have filed a report with the Boston Police Department.”
A safety guard on the constructing at round 11:45 p.m. on Thursday did his regular constructing test, and the guard reported that there was no paint or taggers within the space at first of his inspection.
Then because the guard made his method across the constructing, he found the vandalism. The constructing has a number of surveillance cameras across the property.
A Boston police officer responded to the vandalism name at round 12:51 a.m. on Friday.
“A news anchor at the above address was exiting the building to go home when he stepped in red paint and discovered the damage,” the police report reads.

Similar blood-red paint and “Free Palestine” vandalism incidents have been occurring across the area and nation for the reason that Hamas terrorist assaults final month.
Jeremy Burton, the CEO of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Greater Boston, posted on-line after the vandalism at CBS Boston, “Vandalism is a form of criminal activity.”
