need to be very careful
The Chief Minister said that in March-April 2021, it was seen in the infection of delta variant in the state that people who were infected with it took 15 to 25 days to recover and come negative. In this, a lot of post COVID complications were seen. In the case of Omicron, this has not been the case so far. The virus has weakened now. Still, comorbid people need to be very cautious in this regard.
So far 8 cases of Omicron
The Chief Minister said that so far 8 cases of Omicron have been reported in the state, out of which 3 cases have already turned negative, while the rest are in home isolation. There are currently 2,261 active cases of COVID-19 in the state. Of these, more than 2,100 are in home isolation. Having so many cases in home isolation shows that the virus has weakened. Now it doesn’t have that much effect, but we have to be careful and careful.
