When citizens demand it, they are made to wait for hours. It is necessary to give two minutes time before taking action. Despite this, the towing personnel leave with the vehicle in a few moments. The vehicle is not given to them even though the driver is ready to pay the fine on the spot. There are hundreds of complaints in this context, but senior police officers of the traffic department are accusing the driver of ignoring him.
