Due to this, some religious leaders in the Dharma Sansad held in Haridwar made provoking statements to create unrest in the country. Congress leader and party’s city vice president Ibrahim Patel demanded immediate registration of sedition case against such people by sending a memorandum to the President.

In Haridwar, Uttarakhand, some religious leaders tried to spoil the atmosphere of the country by making provocative statements in the Sansad of Sadhus.
A strong movement will be launched on the way
Congress leader Ibrahim Patel, in a memorandum sent to the President, demanded in-depth investigation of those making provocative statements and taking strict legal action against them. Congress warned that if action is not taken against those making provocative statements in the coming fortnight, then a strong movement will be launched by the Congress party on the way. In the end, Patel alleged that since the time the Modi government took power at the Center, the work of targeting the minority community is being continued by hardcore Hindutva organisations. Congress party prohibits this.
