Lucknow : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called the Sikh sect, which has devoted everything for the country, religion, and culture, as a great inspiration for a new India. Referring to many historical incidents on the occasion of Holy Sahibzada Diwas, the CM said that all the terrorists who came with the intention of converting India to Islam, today their names and traces have been erased. It was the divine tradition of the Sikh Gurus that never allowed the anti-Sanatan Dharma intentions of foreign terrorists to succeed. The CM said that the Sikh Guru tradition from Guru Nanak Dev to Guru Gobind Singh is a wonderful tradition from devotion to power. This divine tradition had come to save India.
On Monday, ‘Sahibzada Divas’ dedicated to the martyrdom of four sons of Guru Gobind Singh and Mata Gujri Devi was organized at the Chief Minister’s residence at 5 Kalidas Marg in Lucknow. On the special occasion, the Chief Minister also felicitated the children dressed in the guise of sacrificial sahibzadas and listened to Gurbani along with the sangat. While addressing the sangat on this occasion, the Chief Minister cited the examples of many historical events from Babur to Aurangzeb’s reign and said that when Babur’s attacks were taking place in India, terrorists tried to convert the whole of India to Islam and enslave India. But his intention was not allowed to be fulfilled by the Sikh Gurus. Who doesn’t know when Aurangzeb’s warlord tried to get the Sahibzadas of Guru Gobind Singh to convert by luring them, but the Sahibzadas chose to choose in the wall, accepted to be sacrificed to protect the religion and the country.
