Mumbai. The Third Wave of Corona Pandemic in Maharashtra is now dying. At the same time, the number of active cases is also decreasing. According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department on Monday, 6,436 new cases of corona have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours, which is 3,230 less than the cases reported a day earlier. At the same time, 24 people have died from Corona. Most of these deaths have occurred in Mumbai division.

According to the Health Department, after the arrival of new cases in the state, now the cases of corona infected have increased to 78,10,136 and the death toll has increased to 1,43,098. In Maharashtra, a total of 18,423 patients were discharged from hospitals in the last 24 hours, taking the number of people recovering from this disease to 75,57,034 and the number of active patients falling to 1,06,059.

1744 new cases in Pune division
In Pune division, 1,744 cases of corona infection have been reported. After this, Nashik division has 1,643, Nagpur division 1,039, Mumbai division 730, Aurangabad 464, Kolhapur division 328, Latur division 283 and 205 new cases have been found in Akola division. Maharashtra recorded a recovery rate of 96.76 percent and a death rate of 1.83 percent today.
