Mumbai: Corona infection is increasing again in Maharashtra. At the same time, the deaths due to this have increased the concern of the government. In the last 24 hours, 79 people have died due to corona infection inside the state, after which 1,42,316 people have lost their lives so far. This information was given in the bulletin issued by the Ministry of Health on Wednesday.
According to the Ministry of Health, 35,756 new cases have been reported in the last one day, after which the number of active cases has increased to 2,98,733. At the same time, it is a matter of relief that 39,857 people have returned home after recovering.

According to the Ministry of Health, 15,47,643 people are currently living in home quarantine in Maharashtra. At the same time, 3,298 patients are admitted in hospitals and quarantine centers. The positivity rate has increased to 94.15 percent amidst the increasing number of people in the state.
5521 new corona infected found in Pune
According to a release issued by the Pune Health Department, today 5521 new corona infected were reported, after which the total number of infected has increased to 620548. At the same time, today three more people have died due to this dangerous disease. After which the death toll has gone up to 9,209. But the news of relief is that today 6,333 patients have been cured, so far 5,66,887 have been cured. There are a total of 44,452 active patients in the district.
