Let us tell you that ‘Chicken Chettinad’ is a South Indian dish, which is famous in Tamil Nadu by the same name. The chef explains that it is specially made chicken with a paste of curd, turmeric and red chillies, kalpasi, coconut, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, fennel, black pepper, groundnut, onion, garlic and ginger. It is served hot with steamed rice or paratha.
