We were present at the hearing of the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly on behalf of 6 MLAs and 12 MLAs today. Our statement was given in writing. According to the Supreme Court, the suspension was made by the House, so what is the use of hearing when the House has not started? pic.twitter.com/18vYwJ92dC

Only the House can take the decision to cancel the suspension: Yogesh Sagar
Former minister Yogesh Sagar said that the decision to suspend was taken by the House, the decision to cancel the suspension can also be taken by the House. On the directions of the Supreme Court, all of us had requested to reconsider the decision already before the Winter Session. The vice president cannot make decisions, so there is no point in calling now. For this we all have given our point in writing.
The hearing of the matter is to be held in the Supreme Court, a day before that it is incomprehensible to send a notice from the Legislature. Instead of speaking on what the government wants, I will put my point in the Supreme Court.
