The final at-large suspect concerned within the deadly taking pictures of 17-year-old Nathan Paul in Quincy in February 2022 was captured in Puerto Rico and awaits arraignment in Massachusetts, Norfolk DA Michael Morrissey stated Sunday afternoon.
“State Police assigned to the Norfolk District Attorney’s office and Quincy Police have been working with the US Marshals Service and the the Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section of the Massachusetts State Police to first locate, then return this defendant to Massachusetts since this indictment issued 16 months ago,” stated DA Morrissey.

Following the taking pictures, 4 juvenile suspects have been indicted on fees together with stealing from the sufferer whereas two suspects have been indicted on homicide fees. Diaz-Romero is scheduled to be arraigned Norfolk Superior Court at 2 p.m. Tuesday, based on the DA’s workplace.
