Ranchi: On the occasion of the 134th birth anniversary of Bhikhari Thakur, who is called the Sekhspire of Bhojpuri, his composition Videshiya (Bidesiya) was successfully staged in the auditorium of Central Academy School, Bariatu today. The classic play “Videshiya” was staged by the students of the Natyalaya and Budham Sharanam Gachhami was presented by the students of Central Academy School. Directed by Roshan Saurabh Sharma and Aayushi Bhadra under the supervision of Shivam Manoharan, the play featured Ankita Kerketta, Sukanth Thakur, Shivam Manoharan, Ayusi Bhadra, Priyanshu Raj, Anushka, Chirag, Atharv, Tanvi and Sachleen in the lead roles. Audience present in the auditorium Appreciated the presentation of the play, all the actors brought the characters of the play to life.
On this occasion, Sanjeev Vijayvargiya, Deputy Mayor of Ranchi Municipal Corporation as the chief guest, Chatur Sahu, District Minister of OBC Morcha as a special guest, Renuka Jaiswal, Principal of Central Academy School, Ashutosh Dwivedi, President of Bhojpuri Yuva Vikas Manch and Team Green. K Nipun Jain and Shubham Chaudhary were present on the occasion.
