Nagpur, Strict action of ST Mahamandal is starting to take effect. With the beginning of the new year, an employee returned to the job without any conditions. During this, the officers also encouraged the employee and got him joining immediately. The number of employees who have returned to work in the last 10 days has now reached 43.
Mahamandal hopes that all employees will return to work so that they will not have to take dismissal action. Let us tell you that the corporation is constantly asking its ST workers to return to work, but the employees’ unions remain a hindrance in this effort. It has been more than one and a half months since the ongoing cold war between the two, but no result has been found.
Two employees have also taken refuge in the court to avoid the action of ST Mandal, but the employees have not got any big support so far. Due to which some frustration has been seen among the workers of the employees’ union. At present, the Board has started planning action against the employees sitting on strike. According to the officials, the order of dismissal can come at any time. This order will come for those employees who have received show cause notice. Preparations are being made to give notice to those who have not received it.
2,020 people traveled in 18 buses
A total of 18 buses were run by ST Mahamandal on Saturday. Of these, 1 bus has been run for Ganesh Peth 4, Imamwada 3, Umred 3, Savner 3, Vardhman 1 and Ramtek. ST Mandal wants the employees to return to duty and improve the derailed transport system. For this the number of buses will have to be increased. Talking about the last 15 days, till now the order of running the buses has been 15 to 18 buses. These buses are carrying only 1,800 to 2,200 passengers to the destination. Therefore, the Mandal is trying to end the strike as soon as possible.
