In his letter to the Speaker of the Assembly, Agarwal wrote that, “I am resigning from my seat from the House on 19 January 2022.” With this, in a letter to Akhilesh Yadav, he said, “I am resigning from the primary membership of Samajwadi Party from today. Please accept it.” Nitin Agarwal is an MLA from Hardoi since 2007. Prior to this, his father Naresh Agarwal has reached the assembly after winning the election from this seat for seven consecutive times.
