Offline exam increased anxiety among students!
On the other hand, many students of the board were in the hope that this time the tenth and twelfth exams would be postponed, but it did not happen. Now anxiety is increasing in some children because some have not been prepared and some students have given up the habit of writing, so they are now facing problems. Some such cases are coming to the psychiatric doctor of the city. Some are being cured by counseling and some by giving medicines. Class 12th exams are starting from March and 10th from April. Students have a few days left. The government and the Supreme Court have also clearly said that the examination is to be conducted offline only. Till January, the students studied online, apart from this, the examinations of the students in the schools have also been done online and most of the schools have taken the exam on the basis of multiple choice questions. In such a situation, the habit of writing has been lost by the students.
Counseling of parents as well as children
Psychiatrist Dr. Avinash D’Souza told that the students thought that this time there will be no examination, so some studied less and some got less marks in the prelims examination. In such a situation, now that they have started tormenting the offline examination. The students who came to me are having problems like nervousness, sleeplessness, nightmares, some crying, some feeling depressed etc. Although we are counseling most of the students, but some medicines are also being given to those who are more nervous. We do counseling for the children as well as the parents so that they do not put pressure on the students.
