- 16 have been dismissed
Nagpur, The action of the Mahamandal on the ST workers involved in the strike is increasing day by day. In the past, after the dismissal of 16 workers, on the first day of the week, on Monday, 5 more ST employees were given show cause notices. Earlier ST Mandal had given show cause notices to 18 workers, out of which 2 employees went to court for fear of dismissal. The remaining 16 were dismissed from their jobs. Now even the 5 employees who have got the show cause notice are hanging the sword of dismissal for not coming to the job.
If sources are to be believed, if these employees do not return to work within a week, then orders of dismissal will be issued against them. Here after getting the notice, there is an atmosphere of frustration among the employees.
However, the people of the employees’ union are engaged to rescue the employees from this environment. It is being told to each other to be together in every situation. But the fear of the job remains. However, ST Mahamandal officials say that they do not want to take dismissal action. That’s why employees are being asked to return to work. So that no one gets hurt.
