No excavation work was being done at that place, this action is not right. Due to which continuous efforts were made for justice. But the officials are justifying the action to pat their backs. Making such an allegation, Pramod Rinait, a resident of Ekodi, has warned that if justice is not served, he will commit suicide in front of the foster minister in the Collectorate’s office premises on January 26, on the occasion of Republic Day. Due to which he could not pay such a huge amount, for this he sought justice from the court, urged the Tehsil administration.
In this case, on the instructions of the court, the Tehsil administration took a decision after re-examining the case. In this also 8 months have passed. Which is affecting the earning of income. Not only this, due to non-payment of loan for JCB, the debt burden has increased. In this case, Additional Tehsildar Anil Khadatkar has given a decision and asked to pay a penalty of Rs 7 lakh 50 thousand. Whereas the sub-divisional officer Vishwas Sirsat has directed to re-investigate the matter.
