Aurangabad: As many as 1,115 students of the local Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Sansthan (CSMS) Agricultural College have been selected for various jobs. In a short span of time, this college of CSMS educational institution has achieved success.
This college was established in 2006 with the concept of Padmakar Mule, the secretary of the educational institution. Various initiatives were implemented for the students taking admission in the college. Assignment room, competitive examination platform were established. Guidance of experts in diverse fields, training camps for skill development, agriculture based industries, progressive farmers and visits to modification centers, etc., were implemented through employment and assignment cell. Therefore, about 1,115 students were given information about getting respected posts in the job by the college.

In the first attempt of Sanidev Chaudhary, the first graduate student of the college, he was selected for the post of Forest Officer in the Indian Administrative Service Zone. 13 students got selected on Agriculture Assistant posts. More than 200 students have appeared in various competitive examinations and have joined the government service. Students have also been selected in the banking sector. 94 students have got jobs in various nationalized banks, more than 80 students in private banks, 384 students have got jobs in private sector seed, fertilizer, agrochemical, equipment companies. In addition, more than 60 students who have been educated in the college are doing progressive and modern farming. These students are getting guidance from time to time under the guidance of Dr. Dattaram Shelke, Principal of Agriculture College.
