State Rep. Lenny Mirra was left in workplace this week regardless of a court docket refusing to listen to his election problem and the very fact he apparently misplaced his race by only one vote.
“Rep. Mirra of Georgetown shall continue to represent the Second Essex District until a determination is made as to the winner of the most recent election in that district,” the House Clerk reported from a briefly fashioned committee on Wednesday, when the remainder of the House’s membership was sworn in.
