Businessmen will suffer financial loss
Markandadeva Yatra festival, the place of worship of lakhs of devotees, is going to start from March 1. But the administration has not allowed small shops and entertainment facilities at the travel site. Only local businessmen have been allowed to decorate shops during the travel period. Due to which the devotees will have to go back after taking darshan.
Gift houses, shops of essential commodities are opened at the place of travel throughout the week to commemorate the journey. Through which passengers get financial benefits. But this year, businessmen will have to suffer financial loss due to not allowing outside businessmen to set up shop.
