New Delhi: The political struggle is going on for the Punjab Assembly Election 2022. Other parties including Congress, BJP, AAP have put their full strength. In the midst of all this, BJP Chief JP Nadda addressed the election rally in Balachaur. During this, Nadda has made a big attack on the Congress. He said that the hands of Congress are colored by the 1984 riots, now they have come in front of you to ask for votes.
BJP National President JP Nadda said that in 1984 there were riots in Delhi. Congress party leaders then used to say that when a big tree falls, the earth shakes. Now they have come in front of you to ask for votes. These were the people who had their hands stained with blood in the riots, these were the Congressmen who had put humanity to shame. It was these Congressmen who brought such a situation in independent India in which brothers and sisters were killed.

Nadda said that for 30 years the accused roamed from Delhi to Punjab, no one took any notice. The commission sat, inquired, but no one came to wipe the tears of the victims. PM Modi set up SIT and today those whose hands were stained with blood in Delhi riots are in jail today. He said that Punjab had 18 lakh scholarships in 2014. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has increased these to 31 lakhs. About 1517 new schools have been built. The Government of India has opened 6 Navodaya Vidyalayas after 2014. 14 sports centers have been built.
The BJP President said that the Sahibzade of our Guru Gobind Singh ji, who never learned to bow down, had sacrificed himself while fighting the battle of religion. Modi ji announced ‘Veer Bal Diwas’ which will be celebrated all over the country on 26th December. He said that under the Ujjwala scheme, the Modi government has given 12.25 lakh gas connections in Punjab.
The Modi government has provided electricity to 18,000 villages in 1,000 days. In Punjab also, 100% households have been electrified. He said that in the last 5 years in Punjab, about 132.80 lakh metric tonnes of food grains have been purchased at MSP, out of which Rs 23,000 crore has been paid to the farmers of Punjab at MSP.
The BJP chief said that many people in Punjab call themselves farmer leaders. But you tell, there has been a Prime Minister in India who has done Rs 1.80 lakh crore under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, providing Rs 2,000-2,000 in 10 installments. This Modi ji has done the work of reaching the farmers. He said that we will make Punjab a drug free Punjab. Today drugs are ruining Punjab like termites. Family members are upset because of this. But the government of Punjab seems to be agreeing to it blindly. When the protector becomes the eater, this is what will happen.
