Umarkhed, In the case of murder of Dr. Hanumant Dharmakare, the medical officer of the city’s government hospital, the court has ordered to keep the 4 accused in police remand for 5 days. The main facilitator of this case accused Ahfaz alias Appu Sheikh Abrar 22 is still absconding.
Various police squads are actively searching for the main accused Ahfaz Abrar Sheikh. Apart from tracing his call location, efforts are being made to trace him by collecting information about him from various places. After obtaining the CCTV footage after the murder incident, the police teams are working to find out his location, keeping in mind that he was absconding from Dhanki in the direction of Marathwada.
Let us inform that on the evening of January 11, Dr. Dharmakare was shot dead by Ahfaz Abrar Shaikh on Umarkhed Pusad Marg. Police investigation revealed that some time ago the elder brother of the accused was injured in an accident at Umarkhed Government Hospital. The main accused and his family members were threatened with death after they had a dispute with Dr. Dharmakare due to his death after being admitted there.
In the meantime, after the concrete information came out that the accused had shot and killed his brother to avenge his brother’s death, Syed Tausif Syed Khalil, Syed Mushtaq Syed Khalil, Sheikh Mohsin Sheikh Qayyum, Sheikh Shahrukh Sheikh Alam all in the murder case of Dr. Dharmakare. The resident of Dhanki was arrested.
In the interrogation, the main accused Sheikh Ahfaz Sheikh Abran, keeping an eye on the movements of Dr. Dharmakare, came to know about the killing of Dr. Is. Meanwhile, all the accused arrested in the case were presented in Umarkhed Court, where orders have been given to keep them in police remand for five days.
