During his visit, the Prime Minister will offer prayers at these temples. At the same time, he will participate in grand events to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of the independence of Bangladesh and the birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. This is PM Modi’s first foreign trip after Coronavirus. The Prime Minister will be in Bangladesh on 26 and 27 March. During this time he will also hold delegation-level talks with Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. On Friday morning, Sheikh Hasina herself will receive Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport. During his two-day visit, PM Modi will also visit Jeshoreswari and Orkandi temple for darshan.
These temples are near the border of West Bengal

This ancient Hindu temple is located in Ishwaripur village located in Shyamnagar Upazila, Satkhira, near the West Bengal border. According to Hindu belief, this temple is one of the 51 Shaktipeeths. According to the information, this temple was built by the Hindu king in the 16th century. Even before his visit, PM Modi said on Thursday that he is preparing to go to the Kali temple and worship.
PM will also visit this second temple
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also visit the second temple located in Orakandi, Gopalganj. 300 people of the Matua community of West Bengal live at this place. Prime Minister Modi also said that during this time he will talk to the representatives of Matua community. According to the program, PM Modi will meet the people of Matua community after worshiping in Harichand Gudichand temple. Here they will be given a traditional welcome with Dhaka, conch and Ulu. Historians say that this temple was built in the 12th century.
