A girl who has accused a New Jersey man of raping her 16 years in the past in Boston says she felt that her freedom had been taken away from her that evening, and she or he needs to face him in courtroom.
“It’s been horrible. A big part of my life stopped that day,” Lori Pinkham instructed ABC’s “Good Morning America” in an interview broadcast Wednesday. “I couldn’t work. I didn’t want to spend time with anybody. Every day, I’ve lived in fear.”
Matthew Nilo, 35, a lawyer from Weehawken, New Jersey, pleaded not responsible in a Boston courtroom final week to a number of prices, together with three counts of aggravated rape, two counts of kidnapping, one depend of assault with intent to rape and one depend of indecent assault and battery.
