Mumbai: In Maharashtra, Omicron virus is continuously spreading its feet. The number of patients infected with this variant is continuously increasing. On Saturday, two new infections of Omicron have been found in the state. After which the number of infected has increased to 110. Let us inform that, earlier on Friday, 20 Omicron variants were found infected in the state. At the same time, in view of the increasing cases of corona in the state, it has also been announced to impose night curfew in the state.
According to the Health Department, 2 new cases of Omicron variant have been reported from Aurangabad. After which the total number of cases of Omicron has increased to 110, so far 57 patients have been discharged. Both the new patients are male and had received all doses of the anti-Covid-19 vaccine. One person is 50 years old while the other patient is 33 years old. One of them had recently returned from Dubai while the other person had come in contact with an infected patient who had returned from international travel. According to the release, one person had no symptoms of infection while the other had mild symptoms.

At present 12,048 people are in home quarantine and 887 people are in institutional quarantine
