Mumbai: Of the samples collected recently for genome sequencing in Mumbai, about 95 percent of the samples have confirmed the oomicron form of the corona virus. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) gave this information. Due to the Omicron nature of Corona, the third wave of the COVID-19 epidemic started in the country at the end of December 2021 and now its effect is decreasing in the capital of Maharashtra.
