Parveen Saeed: Parveen Saeed, who lives in Karachi, runs ‘Khana Ghar’. This food of his home provides food to the downtrodden and poor people of the society. Saeed provides food to poor families at a very low cost. Everyday, 300 people eat food in the house and its total cost is only four thousand rupees.
Rafia Baig: Rafia Baig is the first woman to join Pakistan’s bomb disposal squad. Many years ago a massive bomb blast occurred outside a session court. This incident shook Rafia and she decided to join the force. He served in the police for seven years before joining the bomb disposal squad.
Ali Gohar: Ali Gohar is another youth to be honored as National Heroes on the occasion of Pakistan Day parade. He lost his two hands in an electric shock. But he was not encouraged by this incident. Even after losing both his hands, Gohar did not let go of his will for painting. Showcasing the indomitable courage, Gohar paints with his feet.
Mahendra Pal Singh: 24-year-old Mahendra Pal Singh, who played in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), is the first Sikh Pakistani bowler. Coming from Lakrana, Mahendra represented Peshawar Zalmi. He comes from a Sikh community with a population of 20,000 people in Pakistan.
Sajid Saadpara: Sajid Sadpara, son of the famous mountaineer Ali Sadpara of Pakistan, named his country in mountaineering, for this he was awarded the National Heroes. Sajid is the youngest person to conquer K2 mountain in 2019.
Natalya Najm: 9-year-old Natalya Najm is the fastest and youngest girl in the world to organize all the chemical elements in the preiodic table in the shortest time. Najm, a resident of Lahore, broke the previous record seven seconds ago.
Master Ayub: Master Ayub, a fire worker by profession, has aimed to teach poor children. He is currently on a mission to educate children buried under the burden of poverty and lack of resources. He provides free education to the children living in the slums of Islamabad.
