- ST Corporation’s first action this month
Nagpur. In early February itself, the ST Mahamandal has taken a tough stand against the employees. On the first day of the month, 8 mechanical employees were expelled and showed the way out of the job. In contrast, since January 17, no employee has returned to the job. This gives a clear indication to the employees that they will continue to fight their battles without coming under pressure. Let us inform that so far 363 people have been fired from the job by ST Mahamandal.
As this fight is moving forward, the problems of the employees with the ST Mahamandal are increasing. The Mahamandal is worried about running the buses at full capacity. At the same time, the employee wants to secure his future by merging with the government. At present, the government is avoiding any kind of direct interference in this, but both ST Mahamandal and Employees Federation are face to face.
The employees union hopes that the court’s decision will come in its favor this month, but from there it is getting only the date. Here gradually, ST Mahamandal employees are being fired from their jobs, due to which tension is visible in their families.
