The Bag on Wheels app is available for both Android and iPhone users. Using the app, passengers will demand to take their goods to the railway station or to their home. After this, the contractor will pick up the goods safely and deliver it to the coach or home based on the booking preference of the passenger. Delivery of goods under the service will be ensured before the departure of the train.
This service will help the passengers, especially the senior citizens, the disabled and the female passengers travelling alone. The cost of using these services will be very low. The price will depend on the weight and quantity of the goods as well as the other to be covered. This will be the door to door service.
