Olguens Joseph has been wished on a warrant out of West Roxbury District Court for: motorcar murder by negligent operation; leaving the scene of private damage and dying; and operation of an unregistered/uninsured motorcar.
Police responded to the deadly hit-and-run on Tuesday, July 18, within the space of 165 Wood Ave., in Hyde Park.
Officers at round 9:30 p.m., responded to a report of a kid struck by a motorcar. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 4-year-old boy affected by life-threatening accidents.
The boy was transported to a neighborhood hospital, the place he was later pronounced lifeless. The household recognized the boy as Ivan Pierre.
After the crash, the suspect drove away. Police later launched photographs and video of the suspect car, described as a 2016-2022 grey Chevrolet Spark.
