Mumbai. The speed of corona in Maharashtra has decreased a bit as per earlier, but the process of death is still going on. According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department on Wednesday, 7,142 new cases of corona have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours, which is 1035 less than the cases reported a day earlier. At the same time 92 people have died from Corona. Out of which maximum 35 deaths occurred in Pune division.
The number of active patients dropped again
According to the Health Department, the number of corona infected in the state has increased to 78,23,385 and the death toll has risen to 1,43,247. In Maharashtra, a total of 20,222 patients were discharged from hospitals in the last 24 hours, taking the number of people who recovered from the epidemic to 75,93,291. At present, there are 82,893 active patients in the state and all are undergoing treatment.

Recovery rate was 97.06 percent
According to the bulletin, the maximum number of 2,398 cases of corona infection have been reported in Pune division. After this 1266 new cases have been registered in Nagpur division, 972 in Nashik division, 966 in Mumbai division, 673 in Akola, 294 in Aurangabad division, 297 in Latur division and 276 in Kolhapur division. In Maharashtra, the recovery rate was recorded at 97.06 percent and the death rate was 1.83 percent.
