Out of which 11,74,825 corona patients are in home quarantine and 2,798 in institutional quarantine. The recovery rate in the state is 95.42% and the death rate is 1.85%.
Omicron’s figure increased
At the same time, according to the Health Department, 91 new cases of Omicron have been reported in Maharashtra in the last 24 hours. Out of these, maximum 18 patients have been registered in the capital city of Nagpur. While 11-11 patients have come up in Aurangabad, Navi Mumbai and Raigad. At the same time, 8-8 patients have been found in the capital Mumbai and Thane. Apart from this, 5-5 patients have been found in Satara and Sindhudurg. 4-4 patients have been registered in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune city and Amravati. 1-1 patient was found in Yavatmal and Pune Rural. So far, 3,221 people have been affected by Omicron in the state, out of which 1,682 people have also been cured.
Corona’s speed controlled in Mumbai
At the same time, the speed of Corona in the capital Mumbai seems to be coming under control. In the last 24 hours, 960 new cases of corona virus have been registered in Mumbai. After the arrival of new cases, the number of active corona patients in Mumbai has now increased to 9,900. Corona recovery rate in Mumbai has also increased rapidly amid decreasing cases of infection. According to the bulletin, the recovery rate in Mumbai has gone up to 97 percent.
