MP Manoj Kotak said that therefore I request the Railway Minister that special arrangements should be made for the boarding and alighting of Divyangjan in Mumbai local train. Special care should be taken especially during peak hours so that Divyangjan can travel easily. All railway stations should be made disabled friendly. Such arrangements should be made that if the handicapped person wants help, then the railway authority should make its own provision to provide immediate help to him. The Mumbai local train should be made friendly to provide all possible assistance to the differently-abled, so that no such untoward incident happens in the coming time.
