The Central Railway (CR) zone of Indian Railways has made preparations to run special trains between Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur in view of the festive season. Railways will start reservation for these trains from today. The train will be special, so the ticket charges will also be special.
In view of the increasing rush of passengers and demand for tickets in the festive season, the Railways has taken this step. In order to meet the needs of passengers on Diwali and Chhath Puja, Railways has announced to run festival special train between Nagpur-Karmali, Mumbai and Pune.

1 – Nagpur-Karmali Weekly Superfast Special
01239 Superfast Special train will leave Nagpur at 15.50 hrs on every Saturday from 30 October to 20 November and will reach Karmali at 14.30 hrs the next day. Similarly 01240 Superfast Special will leave Karmali at 20.40 hrs on every Sunday from 31st October to 21st November and will reach Nagpur at 20.10 hrs the next day.

This train will stop at these stations
This train will stop at Wardha, Badnera, Akola, Shegaon, Bhusaval, Nashik Road, Igatpuri, Kalyan Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road and Thivim stations. . The train has one AC-2 Tier, four AC-3 Tier, 11 Sleeper Class and 6 Coach Second Class with seating arrangement.
2 – Mumbai-Nagpur Weekly Superfast Special Train
01247 Superfast Special train will depart Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) at 22.55 hrs on every Friday from 29 October to 19 November and will arrive Nagpur at 13.10 hrs, the next day. Similarly 01248 Superfast Special will leave Nagpur at 17.40 hrs on every Saturday from 30 October to 20 November and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 08.30 am the next day.

These trains will stop at Kalyan, Igatpuri (only for 01248), Nashik Road, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Shegaon, Akola, Badnera, Dhamangaon and Wardha stations. These trains have one AC First Class, two AC-2 Tier, five AC-3 Tier, 5 Sleeper Class and 6 Second Class coaches with seating arrangement.

Pune-Bhagat Ki Kothi Weekly Special
01249 Special train will leave Pune at 20.10 hrs on every Friday from 22 October to 19 November and will reach Bhagat Ki Kothi at 19.55 hrs, the next day. Similarly, 01250 Weekly Special train will leave Bhagat Ki Kothi at 22.20 hrs on every Saturday from 23 October to 20 November and will reach Pune at 19.05 hrs the next day.

The train will halt at Lonavala, Kalyan, Vasai Road, Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Mahesana, Palanpur, Bhildi, Dhanera, Raniwada, Marwar, Bhinmal, Modran, Jalore, Mokalsar, Samdhari and Luni stations. These trains have one AC-2 tier, four AC-3 tier, 11 sleeper class and 6 second class chair cars.
