He described the Aapke Adhikar Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar program as an effective step to ensure public participation in governance. The Governor expressed hope that this government would continue to work in the interest of all sections and sections of the society in future also.
In the program organized on the completion of two years of the government, today Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced to give many gifts to the people of the state. Will definitely go ahead. On this occasion, as part of the facilities provided to the residents of the state, he said that the government would start the Student Credit Card scheme for the students very soon, so that they would never face any shortage of money for their education. Dependents of Jharkhand agitators will get 5 percent horizontal reservation in jobs
The Chief Minister said that Jharkhand is a product of the state movement. Many people gave their martyrdom in the movement for this state. Our government is giving pension to such agitators and their dependents with respect. Now they will get 5 percent horizontal reservation in government jobs.

The scope of 100% scholarship scheme will increase for studies abroad

The Chief Minister said that the state of Jharkhand is generally recognized for its mineral resources. But, there is a lot of potential here in many other sectors including tourism and sports. In such a situation, a new tourism policy has been made to develop the tourist places of the state. Basic facilities are being arranged at tourist places. At the same time, the government has made many policies for sports and sportspersons. Players are being recruited directly and various competitions are being organized continuously along with training to nurture sports talent.

Many new programs started
The government is constantly trying to increase the income of the farmers of the state. For this, Integrated Birsa Gram Vikas Yojana cum Kisan Pathshala was launched at the state level function today. In the first phase, 17 Kisan Pathshalas will be opened, while there is a plan to increase its number to one hundred in the coming three years.
One thousand days special summer campaign launched against nutrition and anemia
The government’s special priority is to get rid of the problem of anemia for women and malnutrition in children. In this context, the Chief Minister announced today to start a thousand days special summer campaign.
MoU for Placement Linked Training Program
An MoU was signed today between Labor Department and HCL Technology for imparting IT training to 12th pass students in the state. Under this, the inter pass students here will be connected to the placement linked training program by HCL company and arrangement for placement will also be done.
MoU to promote and provide market for forest produce
Jharkhand is a tribal dominated state. A large population here is dependent on forest products for their livelihood. In such a situation, the government has made a policy in the direction of providing market to forest products. Under this, a tripartite agreement was signed between Forest Department, Welfare Department and Indian School of Business today. This will facilitate in providing commercial market to the forest produce here.
Journalist health insurance scheme launched
On this occasion, the Chief Minister announced the implementation of Journalist Health Insurance Scheme for the journalists of the state. Under this scheme, they will get an insurance cover of up to five lakh rupees. Along with media persons, their families will also get the benefit of this scheme.
Inauguration-foundation of many schemes
The Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 1454 schemes worth Rs 17,222.02 crore on this occasion. In this, 20 state level schemes worth Rs 2965.22 crore and 1014 other schemes worth Rs 10770.88 crore were laid. The total cost of the schemes to be laid in this way is Rs 13,736.1 crore. At the same time, 20 state-level schemes at a cost of Rs 1287.51 crore and 400 schemes were inaugurated at a cost of Rs 2198.41 crore. Apart from this, assets worth Rs 1493.38 were distributed among the beneficiaries. At the same time, many newly selected candidates were given appointment letters by the Chief Minister. Along with the above announcements, the Chief Minister also announced a relief of Rs.25 per liter in the price of petrol in the state. He said that this benefit will be available only to the ration card holders and this benefit will be available from January 26 of the new year. Announcing the matter, he said that today the prices of petrol and diesel are touching the sky. This has had a bad effect on the poor and middle class families. A poor person, having a motorcycle in the house, is unable to drive it due to lack of petrol money. I am unable to go to the market to sell my crops. Therefore, I have decided that if such ration card holders fill petrol in their motorcycle or scooter, then at the rate of Rs 25 per liter, the amount will be transferred to their bank account. This system is going to be implemented from 26 January next year. A poor family can get up to 10 liters of petrol per month. It is noteworthy that the ration card has been provided to those people who are below the poverty line. That is, those who have fridge, washing machine. Ration cards have been issued to those who do not have scooters, motorcycles etc. Now the question arises that according to the conditions of making ration card, how will the ration card holders who do not have two wheelers get the benefit of cheap petrol at Rs 25?
